Who will I be working with?

Can the session be in German?
Absolutely. Sessions can be conducted in German or English.
What counts as "travel expenses" for on-site sessions?
Travel to and from your location (train/flight), plus accommodation if needed. For locations in the Vienna/Klosterneuburg area, there are no additional travel costs. We provide a transparent estimate before you book.
What if we need more than 2 days?
Quick-Start sessions are designed as entry points. For longer engagements, we offer ongoing consulting relationships. Many clients start with a Quick-Start and then move into a deeper engagement. Let's talk.
Can we do the full-day session remotely?
We strongly recommend on-site for Deep Dive and Sprint sessions because the collaborative value is significantly higher. But if logistics require it, remote is possible at the same rate.
